SMS Messaging Program

This page describes the Z Group property alerts SMS program, the disclosures provided at opt-in, and how to manage your subscription. It is published to comply with U.S. A2P 10DLC requirements set by The Campaign Registry and CTIA.

Z Group property alerts — operated by Fernanda Zomignani in connection with Compass Miami brokerage services.

What You Will Receive

• Listing alerts for properties matching the interests you shared.
• Appointment confirmations, reminders, and changes related to showings or meetings.
• Personal follow-ups from Fernanda regarding inquiries you submitted.
• Status updates for transactions or pre-construction reservations you initiated.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity, your stated interests, and the stage of any transaction in progress. There is no fixed cadence.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Please consult your wireless plan for details. The {brand} property alerts program itself is free.

How to Opt In

Opt-in is web-only and double-opted-in. You enroll by (1) entering your mobile number on our contact form and (2) checking the dedicated SMS opt-in box, which is unchecked by default and separate from the general communications consent. After submitting, you will receive a confirmation SMS; reply YES to confirm. We do not enroll numbers obtained from third parties or purchased lists.

• Z Group: Confirming your showing at 1212 Lincoln Rd Tue 3:00 PM with Fernanda. Reply STOP to opt out.
• Z Group: Hi {{first_name}}, following up on the Brickell unit you asked about. Reply STOP to opt out.

How to Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and no further messages will be sent. To re-join, sign up again as you did the first time.
