No Offer or Solicitation

The information on this Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy real estate, securities, or any other product. All property information, prices, availability, and specifications are subject to change without notice and should be independently verified.

Brokerage Relationship

Fernanda Zomignani is a real estate licensee affiliated with Compass Florida, LLC. Compass Florida, LLC is a licensed real estate broker. Any real estate brokerage services described on the Site are provided by or through Compass Florida, LLC and not by Z Group as a separate broker.

Intellectual Property

The Site, including all text, images, photography, video, branding, and design, is the property of Z Group or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

Third-Party Listings and Content

Listings sourced from the MLS or other third-party feeds remain the property of their respective owners. Such information is provided as a courtesy and is believed but not guaranteed to be accurate.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Z Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Program description. By providing your mobile number and checking the dedicated SMS opt-in box on our contact form, you agree to receive text messages from Z Group (the “Z Group property alerts” program), including property updates, appointment confirmations, listing alerts, and personal follow-ups from Fernanda Zomignani.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your activity and interests.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Please consult your wireless plan for details.

Opt-out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After you send STOP, we will send you a message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To re-join, sign up again as you did the first time and we will resume sending SMS messages.

Carrier disclaimer. Carriers (including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, U.S. Cellular, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
